For many years leader and teacher at courses within the Organization of Practising Doctors (PLO) in subjects such as: relations,  connection, psychological development, cooperation, and organisation development.

Co-author of the book ” The Frailty of Human Life- Perspectives from a Doctor and a Pastor”. Eksistensen publishers 2020. In cooperation with Lone Vesterdal.
