At the last Nordic Network meeting in Norway, we decided that it would be a good idea to have the next Nordic Network meeting in Istanbul, before the IAPR conference begins.
We plan to have this meeting from the 16th August at 9:30 onward, possibly initiating with a dinner on the 15th and ending on the 16th with a dinner, at the Swedish Research Institute in Istanbul where Önver is now the Deputy Director.
The Institute has a lovely residence building so our group can meet and stay over there. This would mean flying in no later than the 15th and staying over until the 17th. Some of us will also be staying at the Institute during the conference days, and this is a possibiity for others as well.
Just now we need to get a sense of how many will be involved so single or double rooms can be booked at the Institute.
Could each country give feedback to their local contact person so that this person could get an information list of participants to Önver as soon as possible.
