Victor Dudas is a doctoral student at the department of theology, Uppsala Universitet, where he is researching on processes of acculturation (cultural learning) and identity development among ethnic minorities.
His master’s thesis focused on the role of religiosity among Assyrians/Syrians in sweden, concerning the development of ego-identity and the practice of ritualization, within the process of enculturation and acculturation. The title of the thesis was Religiosity and the Development og Ego-identity, and was defended in the spring of 2014 and can be downloaded here.
